NOTES
1. All hire charges include the use of the kitchen for the preparation and distribution of light refreshments including the reheating of pre-cooked meals. An additional charge of £15.00 will be made where meals are cooked on the premises.
- Charges will be made in units of 30 minutes for short period sessions and will include setting up and cleaning up time.
- Bookings for wedding receptions include the sole use of the whole premises for the day of the reception and the preceding afternoon and evening unless otherwise agreed.
- Winter rates apply from the 1st October to 30th April when all charges will be increased by 10%.
- For periods of hire in excess of a whole day please apply for a hire charge.
